Hi, everyone! This is James Larendale, and I'd like to welcome anyone reading this blog. I plan to spend lots of time soon researching different herbs and spices used in cooking. I will post recipes for each herb or spice I research. When I run out of herbs/spices, I will have fun experimenting with different uses that aren't normally thought of.
